How long will delivery take?
Delivery's are usually completed within 3-5 days depending on specific location. Please see our updated Shipping Policy for all COVID updates.

Delivery is Free within the contiguous US states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).Â

What warranty is included with the products?
Your Hangout Pod is backed by a 12 month comprehensive warranty. Please see our Warranty Page for full details, however an 'at a glance' summary is provided below for your convenience:
We warranty your Hangout Pod for a period of 12 months under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship.  Our liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at our discretion) any part or your Hangout Pod covered by this warranty free of charge.
This warranty does not cover:
⢠Normal wear and tearÂ
⢠Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuseÂ
⢠Hangout Pods which have not been maintained, or which have been modified
⢠Any indirect or consequential loss
This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

How do I return or exchange items?
