Yup, that was our inspiration in a nutshell. It all started as three Aussies that had a passion for the great outdoors, exploration, relaxation, travel and nature.
We were passionate about creating an affordable and creative outdoor product that lends a place for you to bond with family, gaze up at the stars, connect with yourself, to love, laugh and (quite frankly) want to live in…

And so, we went to the drawing board especially for you. With a keen focus to create a versatile and transportable lil’ nest for you to easily enjoy –anytime, anywhere. Somewhere to break away from the ‘norm’ and make every day feel a little more ‘holiday.’

Transportability
Now that was the magic word. Our concept was clear -that at any time you can pack it up, pop it in the car and take it with you on the road to your next adventure.
A few years on and we’re now super proud to have an international clan of remote outdoor enthusiasts within ‘TeamHangout Pod’ that share our adoration for encouraging you to explore and discover the great outdoors.

Therefore, it’s now that our mission is stronger than ever; to inspire you to have the perfect balance in life for adventure & relaxation - whether you’re at home or away.
And if we’re absolutely honest, we’re not going to stop until we have each and every one of you feeling happy,relaxed and 101% chilled in life.
